Head of Sales and Customer Success

For this newly created position within the group, you will report to the CEO and sit in the management team. This is a remote working opportunity, so we welcome interest from international markets.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, mentor and be overall responsible for NetClean’s sales and Customer Success team.
  • Implementing and developing a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales and ensure growth.
  • Setting KPIs, evaluating, and adjusting performance according to sales budgets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and work together with the CFO to provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • You work closely to Head of Strategic Alliances, CMO and the Attract team to penetrate key markets.
  • Driving the sales function to reach targets through new sales, both channel and expansion on existing customer base.
  • Fostering relationships with partners to achieve desired revenue, and influence senior stakeholders within partners and customers’ organizations.


  • 6+ years experience in a Sales Management / Operational roles.
  • Experience from Software sales through channel- and distribution.
  • Scaling up sales organizations and creating success.
  • Experienced, empathetic people manager, skilled in mentoring and coaching
  • You are a problem-solver and have a self-starter attitude.
  • Leading high-performing sales teams through strong self-leadership.
  • You are flexible and prestigeless with a “NetClean first” attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – your teams always know what success looks like.
