Strengthening our customer success team
At NetClean, we believe that great technology must be backed by great people. Our Customer Success team is dedicated to ensuring that every customer gets the right support, from onboarding and integrations to ongoing operations.
To further strengthen the team, we’re happy to introduce two new colleagues: Hanna Karjalainen, Inside Sales Specialist, and Samuel Sjöblom, Operations Engineer. Both are based at our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
They join our existing Customer Success team, many of whom you already know, and will play an important role in making sure our customers get the most out of ProActive.
Meet Hanna and Samuel
Hanna Karjalainen, Inside Sales Specialist Hanna strengthens our Customer Success team with the aim of maintaining high quality delivery to our customers. She's passionate about creating a smooth, positive experience for our customers and making sure every request reaches the right team for the fastest and most accurate response.
Samuel Sjöblom, Operations Engineer Samuel brings strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of operational workflows. He focuses on ensuring smooth onboarding, migrations, and daily operations. Working closely across teams to deliver a customer-centric transition to ProActive Cloud.

Why now? Moving from on-prem to SaaS
Their arrival comes at an important moment. NetClean has transitioned from our legacy on-prem product to ProActive Cloud, a SaaS platform built to scale and integrate seamlessly into modern security environments.
As more customers move to ProActive Cloud, we’re scaling our Customer Success function to match. This ensures that every customer receives proactive, high-quality support — not just during migration, but throughout the entire lifecycle of their solution. By building a strong, coordinated team, we can handle every request efficiently and bring in the right expertise from across NetClean when needed.
