Alert Vault now available in ProActive Cloud

Alert Vault is a new secure, encrypted storage capability in NetClean ProActive Cloud, designed specifically for sensitive detection alerts. It provides organizations with a controlled environment where authorized personnel can securely review and assess alerts, while sensitive alert data is protected using customer-controlled encryption keys.

Today, Alert Vault works with File Threat Detection for Endpoints and supports the response phase of the detection lifecycle. Alerts are structured to give responders a clear view of what was detected, where, and when, helping teams assess the scope of an incident before deciding how to proceed.

Alert Vault complements existing security workflows rather than replacing them. Organizations can use it alongside webhook-based alert forwarding to SIEM, SOAR, or other security platforms, while keeping the complete sensitive alert record securely stored in the vault. It can also provide a standalone storage and review environment for organizations without an existing alert forwarding target.

Data stored in Alert Vault is encrypted using keys controlled by the customer. Only the customer holds the key required to decrypt the data, meaning NetClean cannot access, read, or decrypt the sensitive alert information stored in the vault. This gives organizations control over both access to their alerts and the encryption protecting the underlying data.

This makes Alert Vault particularly relevant for insider risk and incident response teams, as well as organizations with strict data governance and sensitive evidence-handling requirements.
