The mission just got bigger
NetClean pioneered the detection of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in organizational environments, helping bring previously unseen human insider risk signals into view. Now, we’re expanding our verified threat intelligence to include Terrorist and Violent Extremist Content (TVEC).
Now, we are taking a major step forward.
Today, ProActive expands its threat intelligence to include terrorist and violent extremist content (TVEC), giving organizations visibility into a broader category of potential human insider risk.
This is a significant milestone for NetClean and the organizations we protect. It strengthens our position at the forefront of human insider risk detection in cybersecurity, helping security teams identify signals that traditional tools are not built to see.
By detecting what others miss, NetClean adds a powerful new layer to cybersecurity, focused on the human element at the center of modern threats.
The mission just got bigger
A hidden insider risk comes into view
Terrorist and violent extremist content on corporate devices can be a significant and often overlooked insider risk signal.
In the right context, its presence can be a signal that warrants further assessment, particularly in relation to potential risks to people, operations, sensitive assets, or wider society.
Yet traditional cybersecurity tools are not designed to identify this type of high-risk material.
Today, ProActive's threat intelligence expands to include TVEC, giving organizations a new layer of visibility into potential human insider risk, alongside our unchanged commitment to detecting CSAM.
More intelligence. Broader visibility.
The expansion builds on more than two decades of specialized experience in identifying known high-risk material.
By applying that expertise to additional threat domains, ProActive gives organizations visibility into a broader range of potential human insider risk signals.
Child sexual abuse material Our long-standing commitment to detecting known CSAM continues unchanged.
Terrorist and violent extremist content ProActive now extends its threat intelligence to include known TVEC, helping organizations identify another category of high-risk content that may otherwise remain invisible to traditional security tools.
What is TVEC?
Terrorist and violent extremist content spans a range of material, including:
- Official propaganda produced by designated terrorist organizations
- Content that glorifies terrorists, terrorist acts, or attack perpetrators, including supporter-generated material
- Instructional material created for the purpose of committing terrorism
- Content produced by attack perpetrators themselves, such as manifestos
Expand your threat intelligence with ProActive Cloud
The new TVEC threat intelligence is available through ProActive Cloud. From 1 September, ProActive Web Threat List includes verified domains and URLs associated with both CSAM and TVEC, giving security teams continuously updated intelligence for integration into existing security environments.
For organizations currently running ProActive on-premise, moving to ProActive Cloud provides access to ProActive's expanding threat intelligence capabilities and cloud-native services.
Also launching today: ProActive Alert Vault
Highly sensitive security alerts require careful handling.
ProActive Alert Vault gives organizations a dedicated, encrypted environment for storing and managing sensitive alerts generated by File Threat Detection for Endpoints. Data stored in Alert Vault is protected using customer-controlled encryption keys. Only the customer holds the key required to decrypt the data, meaning NetClean cannot access, read, or decrypt the sensitive alert information.
Customers can choose to manage alerts in Alert Vault, send them through a webhook to their SIEM or other security platforms, or combine both approaches.
What risks are you not seeing?
Traditional cybersecurity tools are not built to identify every signal of human insider risk.
ProActive adds a new layer of visibility through verified threat intelligence spanning CSAM and TVEC, helping security teams identify signals that might otherwise remain hidden.
