Meet Emma and Emil: Helping customers get more from ProActive

As ProActive evolves, so does the expertise around it. With broader threat intelligence, new capabilities and the continued development of ProActive Cloud, helping customers understand and get value from the platform is more important than ever.

That is why we are happy to welcome Emma Cronvall, Customer Success Specialist, and Emil Onkamo, Pre-Sales & Customer Enablement Specialist, strengthening our ability to support customers from relationship and guidance to technical adoption.

Meet Emma: Proactive customer success

Emma joins NetClean with a focus on building close, long-term customer relationships and helping organizations get more value from ProActive. She is particularly looking forward to raising awareness around insider risk and helping customers strengthen their internal security in a way that is effective, secure and straightforward.

For Emma, great customer success is about being proactive, making sure customers have the support and information they need, while bringing their feedback and experiences closer to how we continue to develop.

NetClean appealed to me because it is a company working toward something that genuinely matters. It has always been important to me that my work contributes to a better future, and being part of a team working toward that every day felt like a natural fit.

Meet Emil: Bridging technology and customer needs

As Pre-Sales & Customer Enablement Specialist, Emil will help connect the technical capabilities of ProActive with the needs and environments of the organizations using it.

For Emil, that means translating between technology, business requirements and the customer’s reality. As ProActive expands with new threat domains and deeper intelligence, his focus is on helping customers turn those capabilities into practical value, not simply giving them access to more functionality.

I’m looking forward to being the technical bridge between product and customer. I want to help customers not only understand the platform, but actually use it in the best possible way.

The next chapter of ProActive

Emma and Emil join at an important time for NetClean. We recently expanded our verified threat intelligence beyond Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to include Terrorist and Violent Extremist Content (TVEC), introduced new capabilities such as Alert Vault, and continue to develop ProActive Cloud.

Their roles are different, but the goal is shared: helping customers get more value from ProActive as the platform continues to evolve.

For existing customers, that also means more support when taking the next step from our traditional on-premise solution to ProActive Cloud.

Beyond NetClean

Outside work, Emma enjoys cooking, discovering new restaurants, training and spending time with friends and family. Emil shares the focus on family and friends, alongside a lifelong interest in music, a rediscovered passion for strength training and a love of the mountains.

We are very happy to have them both on board and look forward to introducing them to more of our customers and partners.
