We’re hiring: Lead Architect (Gothenburg)

As Lead Architect, you will define the architectural principles, standards and patterns that guide our development, working closely with our Head of Engineering and our senior development team. You will help balance product goals, security, scalability and long-term maintainability – while giving developers the freedom to make strong technical decisions within those frameworks.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in software development and technical architecture, particularly across cloud-based multi-tenant environments, microservices, event-driven architecture and distributed systems. Practical experience of working with AI in software development is also an important part of the role.

At NetClean, you will join a small, experienced team building cybersecurity technology with a clear purpose. We combine deep technical expertise with a pragmatic culture where people share knowledge, challenge ideas and continuously improve how we build.

The role is based in Gothenburg, with a hybrid setup and three days per week at our office at Masthuggstorget.
